Collins and team was great to work with even tho I wasnt happy with the outcome that my dumbass got myself into. Pretty sure a public defender wouldve gotten me the same outcome. Oh well, it wasnt worth the risk. Enjoy the 6k, i'll be recommending you guys to my family!

If your going through something in anything that has to do with legal issues this is the place you go. They had my back all the way through and never tried to just get money out of me there only goal was to represent me and basically protect me from false allegations they did that I walked away with no legal issues. Logan E. Collins is who represented me and I gotta say hes honest and very thorough. 10/10 would come to them for help.

Yvette Donosso has been my attorney for around 7 months. My ex and I got divorced July of 2025 and share 50/50 custody of our 2-year-old daughter (I had a different attorney for our original divorce settlement). Since our divorce, we have gone to court 3 times on the matters of my ex trying to take sole custody as well as her being held in contempt of our decree.Yvette's professional background speaks for herself. She is attentive to detail, keen in deconstructing opposing party's arguments, thorough in her research, and knowledgeable in her practice of law. There have been moments of urgency in time such as needing to file counter-arguments the same day that the opposing party filed, and she was able to draft a through and detailed response that upheld what was truly in my best interest. Yvette has won 3/3 of my cases with conclusions that have been greatly in my favor and have supported and protected my relationship with my daughter.The reason I dropped my initial attorney was because many faults occurred that were due to my ignorance and naivety of the legal system. What I eventually learned is that it is very easy for attorneys to take a paycheck and do the bare minimum because you, the client, don't know any better. My experience at Collins Rupp has been one where my best interest is earnestly protected and fought for. My naivety and ignorance matters not at such a place. They are honest in their dealings and forthright in their communication. I plan to continue working with Colin's Rupp, P.C. for the foreseeable future and highly recommend them to anyone needing legal assistance.

I had to find a hire a criminal defense attorney because my ex wife repeatedly claims to be a victim by using the ‘Silver Bullet' technique. This is where a person maliciously makes claims of domestic violence in order to benefit financially and ‘steal' the children, the property, the finances all to themselves. It has extreme and permanent direct and collateral damages. It has costs the lives of many good people.I was wrongly charged with a crime for doing nothing more than helping and coaching my sons play football. All it took was my ex making a malicious claim. This was an extremely stressful situation because my ex was using this criminal charge as evidence and extortion in collateral cases, one of which she is accused of abuse for her personal gain. (Utah case No. 230908265). I had to then gather 25 sworn affidavits from the other coaches, parents, and spectators - every single one stating that my ex was lying.I had to research criminal defense attorneys and was referred to Joseph Rupp. Mr. Rupp was excellent. He was extremely familiar with the industry and this Silver Bullet tactic. Mr. Rupp worked tirelessly with the prosecution and was successful in exposing my ex so all criminal charges were dropped.If you find yourself in an extremely stressful situation because you've been wrongly accused of a crime, I highly recommend Joseph Rupp.

Even though I got into trouble with the law due to my choices. Collins Rupp was there with me every step of my legal journey. Pro tip......cooperate with police, however do not talk about anything or give them permission to have blood be taken for testing...because anything you say can and will he held against you in court of law.

Collins & Rupp SAVED MY LIFE! I was let down by other attorneys. I was mentally beaten and bruised by the process, I was wrongfully accused, my name and reputation has been torn to shreds. When I was about to have very few pages left in my life, I just gained the next 30+ years that I would have sat in prison. If it were not for Joseph, Logan and the rest of the Collins Rupp crew I would have my freedom that as a Veteran I cherish so very much.This is why every year I will send flowers for my freedom.

Incredibly grateful for Joe & the whole Collins Rupp team. They handled my super complex & tough situation with such ease, informed me of all steps along the way & were so kind/positive. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome, would certainly recommend this team if needed.

Helped me out greatly and was able to reduce my charges with minimal punishment. Communicated well and make the whole process stress free. Glad I chose them as my Attorneys. Defiantly would recommend them if someone ever needed an attorney.

These guys are amazing! I do recommend them to anyone who tells me they need a criminal defense lawyer! Joe has been so wonderful to work with he's straight up with me and has my best interest at heart I know that for a fact and Same with Logan! The office is very relaxing and everyone there makes you feel so welcome! If you are wanting a lawyer who isn't all about just making money and actually cares about there clients and who wants nothing but the best for them and making sure any wrongs are righted then these are your guys for sure!!

Welcoming environment, great lawyers who know exactly what they are doing. Logan Collins has been excellent and professional at what he does. He has been very helpful, informative, and has given great advice for the situation that I was in. They have been able to get all my charges either dropped or reduced, and got me the best outcome possible in my case. Highly recommended and worth the money.

First of all what really stood out to me in working with this group was how quickly I received responses to my questions and requests throughout the process! I would get a response within less than an hour if not minutes after I sent a text or email. It was comforting getting my questions answered so quickly in such a stressful situation. I was also very happy about the professionalism that was exemplified and I appreciated the thorough explanations and options provided to me. I worked with Logan directly and he was super helpful in making a very stressful situation into an easy and seamless experience. Not only that, he was very understanding and provided valuable feedback, facts, and opinions which made my decisions throughout the process easier and a lot less stressful. This allowed me to focus my time on other meaningful things in my life other than the court process and consequences associated with the offense. Like most people entering the legal system, feelings of confusion, anxiousness, and uncertainty were overwhelming. After the first meeting with Logan and Joe I felt immediate relief that I had them on my side to take care of my case and keep my best interests at heart. It was apparent they had expertise, knowledge, and the relationships within the system to win the best outcome for me. Through the entire process, they were extremely communicative and reassuring. Whether it was Theresa providing follow-up and status via email every week, to Logan and Joe responding to my text message questions within the hour, I knew I wasn't alone through the process. Based on the facts, as I predicted they won the best outcome for me and I couldn't be more grateful. I feel they are also reasonably priced and appreciated their willingness to provide a military discount. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing legal representation.

I cannot recommend these guys more, they are amazing. I was facing a pretty serious charge which over the course of my working with Collins and Rupp was significantly reduced and now will eventually be completely dismissed and expunged. Thru the entire process they maintained the highest degree of professionalism and patience, taking the time to present the entire legal process to me in a very easy-to-understand way. In addition, they were very communicative. Any questions I had were quickly responded to and addressed - I knew I could get a hold of either of them quite easily at any time of day. Joseph kept me out of jail, the prosecutor wanted me put into custody but Joseph was able to keep me out, the judge almost put me I. Jail, but Joseph is quick on his feet.
